We are concerned about the sustainability of the world, businesses, and people directly or indirectly involved in our activities.we want a sustainable future for the whole coffee industry, one that is good for the environment, fair for farmers, and available to everyone.

In Traum, What We Do About Sustainability? 

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY 

Environmental sustainability to us refers to behaviors that protect our world and bring it no unnecessary damage. 

We've taken steps toward environmental sustainability by formulating an official environmental policy, buying supplies for our coffeehouse from local stores, and forming partnerships with coffee growers who share our commitment to sustainable business methods. 

SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY 

When we talk about economic sustainability, we're talking about being paid a fair price for the coffee and the effort spent in the production of the coffee.

SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY 

When we talk about social sustainability, we are referring to the health and happiness of the people whose lives are impacted by the work that we do. This includes making sure that our own employees, producers, and stakeholders are happy. 

 

When it comes to our own employees, we focus on giving everyone the same chances and working against harassment and discrimination at work.
